Competitors price by the number. ZapClaw doesn't: paid plans connect as many WhatsApp numbers as you want at no extra cost. You pay a flat base fee with a monthly message allowance, and going past it is priced in graduated brackets, drawn from a prepaid balance you control.

The base fee is prepaid. Usage beyond your plan allowance draws down a prepaid credit balance you top up in advance, manually or with auto-reload. The annual discount applies to the base fee; your allowance still resets every month.
The annual discount applies to the base fee: twelve months for the price of nine, billed once up front (R$ 891 on Negócio, R$ 1,341 on Agência). Your allowance still resets every month, and consumption draws from your prepaid balance as you go.
No plan changes, no cliffs. Past your allowance, extra usage is priced in graduated brackets: each bracket covers only the volume that falls inside it, and the price per message drops as you grow.
The first 10,000 messages each month are part of the base fee. Sent and received messages both count.
| Messages in the month | Per extra 1,000 |
|---|---|
| Up to 10,000 | Included |
| 10,001-50,000 | R$ 2.80 |
| 50,001-200,000 | R$ 2.10 |
| Above 200,000 | R$ 1.60 |
Example: a 50,000-message month costs the R$ 99 base fee plus R$ 112 of consumption, drawn from your prepaid balance.
Every client brings 10,000 messages into a shared monthly pool (30,000 with the 3 included clients). Past the pool, one flat rate.
| Messages in the month | Per extra 1,000 |
|---|---|
| Within the pool (10,000 × clients) | Included |
| Above the pool | R$ 1.50 |
The base fee always covers 3 clients, even if only one is connected. Beyond that, each client is billed by bracket, counted at the month's peak.
| Clients | Per client / month |
|---|---|
| Up to 3 | Included |
| 4th to 20th | R$ 30 |
| 21st to 50th | R$ 26 |
| 51st onward | R$ 22 |
Each client adds 10,000 messages to the shared monthly pool. Extra messages on Agência cost R$ 1.50 / 1,000, one flat rate.
You own your WhatsApp Business Account, so Meta charges you directly for conversations and templates. ZapClaw never marks that up and never resells it. What you see here is our fee, and nothing else.
One message sent through the API, or one real message received on your number. Delivery receipts, messages you type on the phone itself, imported history and webhook retries are all free. A message that takes three delivery attempts still counts once.
Going over your allowance on a paid plan is billed, not blocked. On the free plan, sending pauses until the month resets. Either way messages keep arriving and keep reaching your webhook, because a lost customer message is not something a billing rule should cause.
The base fee is prepaid, like any subscription. Usage beyond your allowance draws down a prepaid credit balance in real time as you send: top it up whenever you like, or turn on auto-reload so it never runs dry. If the balance empties, outbound sending pauses until you add credit; incoming messages are never blocked. The annual discount applies to the base fee; your allowance still resets every month.
An agency resells our service, so it buys at wholesale: the base fee covers the first 3 clients, and each extra client costs less as you grow. Each client is fully isolated: separate numbers, messages, contacts, templates, API keys and webhook URL, with a usage report per client so you can pass the cost on.
