Can I connect a German or other EU number through WhatsApp Coexistence?

In short: Meta's official Coexistence requirements list no country restriction, so an EU WhatsApp Business number goes through the same connection as any other, and Meta's own check during the connection has the final word. Signing up to ZapClaw needs no Brazilian tax ID, no address and no card.

What you need

The same as anywhere: the WhatsApp Business app on the number (Android or iPhone, version 2.24.17 or newer, in regular use), a Facebook account with two-factor authentication, and a computer to run the connection. See the full requirements.

What to know before signing up

• Prices are in Brazilian reais. The free plan needs no card, has no end date and never turns into a paid plan on its own.
• ZapClaw is a Brazilian company. Our application and database are hosted in Brazil, and our privacy policy is written under Brazil's LGPD.
• We do not offer a data processing agreement (AVV) today. If you need one before connecting, write to us first.
• Messages are deleted automatically after 90 days. Sharing your chat history during the connection is optional.
• Meta bills template messages directly to your WhatsApp Business Account; ZapClaw never resells or marks that up.

Allowed use

Customer service and appointment scheduling are ordinary uses of ZapClaw. WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy prohibits some businesses outright, multi-level marketing among them, and Meta enforces it directly on your WhatsApp Business Account.
